Area of validity of passes:
From 1 January 2023, all tickets and passes are valid on the entire territory of Nyíregyháza.
Passengers in buses and coaches operated by our company are insured under the terms of the passenger insurance contract.
Intercity passes are not valid on local services. Tickets and passes for local travel on national and regional services are not valid.
Validity of passes:
The various passes are valid from the first day of the calendar month, quarter, until 24.00 on the 5th day of the month following the relevant period.
The 30-day pass can be bought on any starting day and entitles the holder to travel from 0:00 on the starting day until 24:00 on the day before the same day of the month following the month in question. The 30-day pass can be bought up to 2 months in advance.
Half-monthly passes are valid from the start of operation on the 16th until 24:00 on the 5th following the month in question.

Fare reimbursement conditions on local (city) bus services in Nyíregyháza:
The general rules on reimbursement are set out in the Service Provider's Business Rules (Sale of tickets, passes, reimbursement of tickets and passes).
Single tickets, discounted passes are non-refundable.
Redemption of passes:
- Passes, 24h and 72h tickets can be returned prior the first day of validity with a handling fee deduction - (at the Service Provider's Office Building, Nyíregyháza, Korányi Frigyes u.12.).
- The deduction fee is 20% of the price of the ticket/pass. For quarterly and yearly passes, the deduction fee is 20% of the monthly price proportionally.
